While the commercial sounds like an amazing feature the following example shows how thin the line between support and disregard can be.

Here the agents destroyed human-human relationship values such as EMPATHY, INTUITION and CAREE and create a strong dependency and reliability between the humans and their agents leading to a broken human-human relationship, which is especially noticeable once the agents fail to communicate.

This story points out, that we need to pay attention to what values human-agent relationship act based on and replace.

With this provocation we are addressing the importance of agents respecting crucial human-human relationship values such as empathy, intuition and care, by not replacing them and going between two humans.
